The flat is spacious and is 15 mins walk Alexandra Palace DLR to Canary Wharf; overground station (20 mins to Moorgate/the city) close to Piccadilly and Northern line (Highgate /East finchley tube).

Highgate Woods is in walking distance as well as Hampstead Heath if you like green spaces.


The room is a studio double room size overlooking the broadway it has a double bed, large wardrobe, original fireplace and wooden floor, central heating. The 2 other sharers in the flat have busy professional jobs but working patterns differ, so often out travelling and away when home tend to relax. shared kitchen & shower room. We have lovely neighbours and the flat is a home rather than a drop in or party flat. It is very clean and tidy so new person needs to be same 😀 The room is Inclusive of all bills, wifi. Would be 3 people sharing together in the flat; all though currently given working patterns are not always in at the same time.
