Location
Muswell Hill is a fantastic village just North of Central London. It has a good selection of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and even its own arthouse cinema, and has easy access to the City. The area is also spoilt for choice when it comes to parks, with three of England's oldest woods (Highgate Wood, Queens Wood, Coldfall Wood) all within walking distance. Alexandra Palace with its beautiful parkland and Sunday Farmers' Market is also close by.
The House
Our bright and modern end of terrace house is located in a quiet cul de sac with the large off street parking space to the front of the house and a beautiful rear garden. The house and street have a relaxed atmosphere so you'll find peace and quiet.
The Studio
The studio occupies larger part of the ground floor. It is newly refurbished, bright and airy. It has large double glazed windows, very well equipped kitchen( fridge, freezer, washing machine, grill, build in oven, microwave), modern separate shower room, an underfloor heating, own part of the garden and furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside cupboards, bookshelf, kitchen table. I can provide sofa bed and an additional desk on request. There is also a separate WC and plenty of storage space.
Transport
There are lots of good transport links.
• 10 minute bus journey to the Tube at Highgate Station and East Finchley (Northern Line), and Central London is only 20 mins from there.
• W3 and W7 Buses to Finsbury Park tube (Victoria and Piccadilly Lines) which go straight to Kings Cross in 10 mins.
• Direct bus routes (134 & 43) to Tottenham Court Road and London Bridge. Alexandra Park overground station is within 15 mins walking distance.
• Short drive to the North Circular, enabling you to get around or out of London quickly by car.

Occupants
One adult and very well tempered teenager are the owner occupiers. We have our bedrooms and TV room upstairs over two floors and our kitchen is situated to the other side of the house on the ground floor. We are friendly and relaxed and want people to feel at home.
