Hello! I have a bright, warm single room on the top floor of our family home. It is furnished with new carpets and a new bed with drawers underneath, a chest of drawers, 2 shelves on the wall, a desk and chair, a large clean kitchen with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms and a nice relaxing sunny garden. 4 minutes to the bus stop and 15 mins by bus to Highgate Tube Station. A 5 mins bus ride to Muswell Hill Broadway with its amenities, local supermarkets, restaurants, bars and plenty of bus connections to various parts of London. The house overlooks greenery and the local park is just 3 mins away and Alexandra Palace a 20 min walk away. Would suit non-smoking, reliable, honest person. It is a safe area to live in. A cleaner will come weekly to clean and disinfect the communal areas. Thanks
