Free accommodation in return for help in home

We are looking for a responsible and friendly person who can provide some help in our house (laundry, clearing up toys, washing up etc) and a bit of childcare (mainly being in the house with a toddler for an hour in the morning and an hour in the afternoon when he will be asleep). Hours can be negotiated but approximately 4 per day. In return you will live in a beautiful, large family home in North London with easy access (very short walk) to local woods, parks, cafes, bars and restaurants, and also a short walk to the tube station, then approx 20 mins into central London. You will have a very large and private bedroom at the top of the house, with a balcony overlooking gorgeous woodland, and private bathroom. Depending on how many hours you do, we can negotiate payment too. This would suit maybe a freelance artist, musician, actor, or possibly PhD student. Or maybe you work at weekends and want to explore London during the week. Any responsible and kind person considered! Experience with and enjoyment being with young children is a must though.
