Bright room to rent with 3 lovely housemates and our little dog, Luna. The flat is located a very short walk from Muswell hill which has lots of great shops and restaurants. The nearest tube station is Highgate (Northern line) & Bounds Green (Piccadilly line) both can be reached via bus in 10/15 minuets.

You'll be living with Zara, Piero and Bryn (as well as Luna of course). We are very sociable and like to hang out, especially in the summer when we have bbq’s on the rooftop. We also like to do our own thing and chill in our rooms so theres lots of time to do your own thing or enjoy the latest Netflix series together as a household.

The room available is a double room as seen in the pictures and has plenty of space for cupboards and drawers, as well as some space in the wardrobe just outside your room. We have a nice big front room to chill out in and and nice size kitchen to cook in.

This room will now be available from the end of July (possibility to move in from mid July if our current flatmates house / mortgage is ready to start earlier)

We have a cleaner who visits once a week so the place is kept nice and tidy at all times. She is £25 and does 2 hours.

Deposit is £530
Months rent upfront £700 paid on the 1st of the month
Bills are up to £150 (depending on the time of year) *hopefully they won’t go up too much more but please bear in mind the current climate

There is sky TV and internet

We are a friendly house but not a party house.
