3-6 month let, double room in Crouch End

Short let only as I'm putting the house up for sale, but this will take a minimum of 3 months, most likely 6.

One large double room in house in quiet, leafy street, but only 2 mins from local great high street and a 10-15 min walk to Crouch End, Muswell Hill and Highgate, and just a short walk to outdoor spaces of Ally Pally, Queens Wood and Parkland walk. It's a great neighbourhood!

You'll be sharing with me; Dawn (49) and Jonathan (26). It's my house, daughter moving out, and Jonathan moved in last summer. He works in the film industry and I work in the arts. We're pretty easy going and spend time together but also respectful of each other's space.

The room is on the first floor and shares a bathroom with Jonathon. I have a room with ensuite on the top floor. The room overlooks the garden, so it's really peaceful and sunny. Quiet street, lovely south facing garden, and 2 mins walk to bottom of the road, where great local shops, inc health food store, cafes, chippy, Londis, Co-op etc, and just round the corner from Ally Pally, Parkland Walk and the Farmers market on a Sunday.

Excellent amenities, including fast wi-fi, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, great storage space, combi-boiler provides high-pressured hot water for shower, etc. The wifi and tv license would be included in the price of rent.

I have a small dog, a Jack Russell called Nelly. She’s friendly so you need to be ok with a dog being around, but she won’t hassle you unless you want her to!
