We have a self-contained loft apartment for rent in friendly Edwardian family house, in a quiet road, 10 min walk to all the lovely amenities of Muswell Hill, including Alexander Palace! There are good bus routes 2mins from our house ( buses 43 and 134) into central London and we are near to Highgate and Bounds Green Station.

We offer a large double bedroom for a female, a separate fitted galley kitchen (including washing machine, full oven and fridge with small freezer) and a recently refurbished separate bathroom with new large walk in wet room and toilet with window overlooking the garden.

We offer FREESAT installed, WiFi and a small TV. There is a quaint spare sleeping space in the eaves for an occasional guest. There are wooden floors throughout , fitted wardrobes and ample storage space. The apartment would suit a professional person. No couples-sorry.

The good news is all bills are included.
