A double room in a calm flat and street. You will be living with a respectful, calm, tidy, mature flat mate. I work in retail so I do shift work.

I love movies, wine, cooking and art.

The ideal flat mate would be a mature female, in full time employment, self contained, respectful and some one who is tidy and cleans up after themselves.

Travel: 30 mins to Central London by bus. Highgate and Finsbury Park station 10 mins by bus.
Bus stop serving W7 and 144 is outside the door and 134 and 43 is 2min walk up the road.

Everything you need is on the doorstep. We have a Sainsburys, Waitrose and Marks and Spencers, Cinema, banks and lots of cafes. As well as a Park across the road.

The rent is £750 per month including bills (gas/electric, tv licence, water, internet and council tax)
