We have an amazing 27 square meters studio at the back of our house for single occupation .
The studio is 2 year old from built .
We are looking for a single professional to establish a very trusting relationship with holding the keys to our house .
We will require references and we are offering this on a lodger contract .
The studio is independent except from not having his own separate entrance and a washing machine .
The washing machine is available in our garage inclusive in the rent .
Potential lodgers will have to enter our front door and exit at the back to access the studio .
The rent reflects this set up .

We have 2 children one is 5 and one is 8.
