Newly renovated room- NW2 (Neasden)

I’m advertising this room on behalf of my Mum who isn’t as tech savvy as me. Lol.

Available is a downstairs, newly renovated, large bedroom furnished with all necessities. This room is in a home with live-in Landlady. There will also be a 21yr old student grandson who will be staying during University holidays.

The bathroom downstairs will be for your sole use only, although visitors use the toilet facilities (so maybe it can’t be described as sole use after all) But you’d never have a queue for a shower or toilet if that makes sense. 🙈

The property is about a 10 min walk to Neasden station (Jubilee line) with lots of bus links. All regular amenities are within a 5min walk.

Very typical warm, Christian Caribbean home although my Mum doesn’t cook as much as she used to. Haha! My mum works and travels a fair bit so we someone responsible and trustworthy.

We u deer and times are difficult financially right now and as such the deposit may be negotiable. I’m not sure what else to add, feel free to contact me if you have more questions or want to have a look.

Please note- The extended family gather there for dinner once every 8 weeks (you’re welcome to join) and the grandkids occasionally do visit. This room would suit someone who is quite flexible and probably looking for a quiet(ish) private life.
