I have a large double room with en-suite available, furnished with a private fridge, double bed, and wardrobe. Comes with kitchen cupboards and counter for breakfast and storing own food.

The house is located within 5 minutes walk of Neasden lane high street, where you’ll find bus stops, several supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Dudden hill and Willesden high street are 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute bus ride.

About the house, there is a cleaner that does the communal areas including kitchen, front and garden area every week.

House comes with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has two cookers and two sets of kitchen counters.

Bills include council tax, broadband, water, gas and heating. Communal electricity is covered. Each room has its own electricity prepaid meter, other rooms topup £7-10 a month based on usage. Two weeks advance rent is held which is used when handing in a notice.

About the current housemates, they are all professionals. Some of them work most of the day so aren’t around much. They park their motorbikes on the driveway. There is off street parking also.

Viewings will be done weekday evenings and weekend.
