There is only two flatmate and they are barely home, super tidy and clean.

The private en-suite has a shower (which is private to the double room offered), but the property also has a large bathroom with a bath you are welcome to use.

This is a place to call home!

Large living room with large TV.
Garden.
Shed/storage space outside.
Parking available with at extra cost (private drive).

No smokers.
No kids.
Pets considered.
The dogs on the pictures do not live at the property anymore.

The room is equipped with: Luxury Super King Sueno Storage bed, amazing Emma Mattress (great for back pain), large chest of drawers, bespoke blackout curtains.

Not included:
It fits a 2 doors wardrobe.
It fits bedside table.
Linen, pillows, duvet.
Mirror, Tv.

Only respectful and caring people will be considered.

Deposit 1 months rent + one month rent in advance.
Minimum notice 1 month.
References and checks will be carried out.
