Single Room

Mom with 7 year-old daughter at home and 2 other tenants (male & female). We all work full time, my daughter goes to school and after-school care. About the room-fully equipped with furniture, about 4x4 m2, lots of space in wardrobes. Rent £750 ( all bills gas/ electricity/ water / broadband/cleaning products and toilet paper included in rent ) + £250 deposit. We have a cleaning schedule, everyone cleans once a month (bathroom, kitchen and vacuuming the whole house), you can choose not to clean for an extra £20 added to the rent each month, depending on your preferences. I’m looking for a quiet, clean and responsible working person who comes home to relax and not party. I expect cleanliness after each use of the bathroom and kitchen, we clean up after ourselves thoroughly, please check if the gas is turned off, the water is turned off and the door is closed.
