We are offering two cozy single rooms in the same property. Each bedroom is fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a comfortable bed, ensuring a welcoming and practical living space.

The house features a fully equipped shared kitchen, perfect for preparing meals at your convenience. Shared amenities include two bathrooms and a washing machine for your use. Heating is provided throughout the property to ensure your comfort all year round.

The rent includes electricity, water, council tax, internet, gas, and 24/7 maintenance and emergency support.

To move in, you will need to pay a deposit of two weeks' rent, along with two weeks' rent upfront and a one-time utility bill payment.

No minimum stay is required, and the notice period for moving out is just two weeks. The property is available for immediate occupancy.

We require a valid ID, such as a passport or driving license, and a one-month bank statement.
