Female Only - Single Bedroom in House Share

Hi all,

I’m looking to rent out a spare bedroom in my mother’s apartment near Ikea Wembley, the location has close links to bus and Tube stations (Stonebridge park & Neasden).
We’re looking for a non smoking female who would be willing to rent with the live in landlord. The home has two toilets and a shared bathroom as-well as living area and kitchen. The price is inclusive of bills and council tax.
