• Parking permit available through Brent council (you would need to organise this separately if needed)
• Room is on the ground floor and has direct access to the back garden
• Live in landlord in his 30’s and has a travel & hospitality business. He travels regularly and works a lot so isn’t home much
• This would be a lodging agreement (Not AST) as there is a live in landlord
• No smoking inside the property
• No pets
