Large double room available

We have a large Double room available for rent as of the 28th of July in our 4 bedroom share house with hared living room and big garden- located in Neasden (NW2) about a 15 minute walk to Neasden Tube Station which is on the Jubilee line. There are also several buses at the end of our street with super easy links into central London (332, 245,189)

You will be sharing with 4 ladies, an Aussie, a French and 2 Brits! We're all easy-going friendly people who enjoy a chat but are often on different working schedules and can go days without even bumping into each other!
We like to keep the house clean and tidy and want someone who is willing to chip in with day to day house chores and cleans up after themselves. The ideal flatmate would be easy going, up for the occasional socialising with the flatmates but is also OK with everyone doing their own thing.

The house has heaps of space with a large living room downstairs. A large fully fitted kitchen, with cooker, microwave, 2 fridges, washing machine and dryer etc. Attached to the Kitchen is another little room with a breakfast bar looking out to a massive private garden.

There are 3 rooms upstairs. 2 occupied, then we have 1 other- This room is the largest room upstairs. It has plenty of storage space and wardrobes. The 3 rooms upstairs share the upstairs bathroom. (The downstairs room has it's own en-suite).

Rent for this room is £605 per month (including all bills). Rent is paid on the 28th of each month.

A security deposit of £575 is required.

We also have a Cat..... She is super lovely and very affectionate!
