Room available in friendly house-share in Neasden

Hi everyone,

We have one room available in our beautiful semi-detached house in Neasden.
We are a mixed group of professionals aged 30-50 who like to call their house "home", so do expect a friendly and relaxed environment.

LOCATION
The house is only 7-8 minutes walk from Neasden Underground station (Jubilee line, 20 mins To central London), 1 minute walk from Gladstone Park, 2 minutes to the nearest bus stop (302, N98) and only 5 minutes walk to Neasden parade where you can find many shops, bars and restaurants.

AMENITIES
There is a super-fast 100MB BT fibre optic internet connection, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
There are three fridges and plenty of storage for food.
We have a stunning open plan kitchen with a big enough lounge to suit everyone's needs!
There are three newly refurbished toilets in the house, one with shower and one with shower and bath tub.
As you can see we also have the luck to have a huge garden with a nice barbecue!

THE ROOM is available from 17th February and it's £750 per month, one month of deposit required. It is a medium sized room with double bed, desk and wardrobe. Pictures will be available soon.

This price is ALL bills included, even a monthly shopping for the house, which covers toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing up liquid, laundry liquid and all the cleaning products.
There is an additional fee of £29 to pay our efficient cleaner, who comes in once a week on Thursday morning.

The house is beautiful and really worth viewing!
