Double bed in single room... in a friendly house

Hello!

The house has large living spaces. Two large living rooms and a large kitchen (soon to be refurbished). There is one lovely girl from Galicia Spain, a loveable dubliner and me, an average at best, London native with an Irish background. We also have a cat.

So the room isn't big, but It will suit some. Hopefully you. If you're nice.

At present it has a double bed, a chest of draws and clothes rail at high level. The bed lifts with a hydrolic arm to reveal more storage beneath. If you have more things with you I have a large garage and attic which can allocate some space for things out of season or less frequently used.

I always want the house to be a friendly and tolerant place. I wont accept any racism or bigotry. We are sociable people and our friends invited into the house are expected to behave by the same standards.

If you smoke, we'd just ask you to do so outside. Though two of us have just quit so i'd be more inclined to have a non-smoker join us.

If you read the daily mail or voted for UK to leave the EU, kindly look for a room somewhere else. The sewer maybe?

Neasden is a bit rubbish but its got all the shops you need and links into London ain't bad. Jubilee night tube etc. Any questions, feel free to ask. We're not in a rush to fill the room. Its more important to have the right person take it.

I'm also renovating/decorating so won't be rushing to fill it until January, thought it is available from December, if you can put up with some decorating and a bit of works going on.
