Huge en-suite Double room to rent in new cross

Hello, i have a huge double room and standard double room available in the lovely semi detached house in New cross(zone 2) with the good sized garden at the back. The house is about 10 minutes walking from Goldsmith University We have 4 bed rooms, and 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets. And a open plan kitchen with the dinning room. You need to share with just 2 people. I just would like to keep the house to be clean and quiet all the times. The house is very close to Deptford high street, where you can find all household stuff. House is 5-7 min walking to new cross station(train and overground). Deptford ( Train station) and deptford bridge ( DLR station) and new cross gate (overground and train station). The bus stop is only 4 min walk from our house. it will take 35 min by train OR 50 minuets by bus to Central London in peak time. I have a Friendly cat in my room. Sometimes she will be with me in the garden or in the kitchen. You will have your private shower room and toilet, TV and sofa extra as bonus for en-suite room. The rent is £800 including the bills and 2 week deposit needed for en-suite room and £600 for the rent and two week deposit for standard double room.
