Double room in New Cross

Our flat mate is moving out and we are looking for someone friendly to take her room. The room is a spacious double that comes furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe. We live in a three bedroom basement flat with a kitchen/dining room, bathroom, a small front room and a large backyard/garden that’s lovely for entertaining when it’s warmer. The flat is located about 2 minutes from Goldsmiths University, 5 minutes from New Cross station, and 8 minutes from New Cross Gate station and a large supermarket.

The room is £400pcm, plus around £80 per month for bills. There is a one month security deposit.

The two flat mates staying on work in the arts industry. We are friendly and enjoy a chat over dinner but it is generally a pretty quiet house. We are looking for someone similar minded, clean, responsible and respectful. Females preferred and unfortunately we can only consider students willing to pay an equal share of council tax.
