Double room in New Cross (5 mins from station)

I am currently looking for a friendly clean female housemate to move into a 2 bed flat with me in New Cross Gate! It is furnished and has an open kitchen/living space as well as a lovely spacious bathroom (with a bath). There is a shared garden with the other flats in the building and I recently bought some garden furniture and a little bbq to make the most of the sun! I am about half an hour from Oxford Circus/central on the train and I live about a 5 min walk from New Cross Gate overground station. The flat is also 5 mins away from a large Sainsbury’s which is perfect for the weekly shop!

The rent is £650 and the bills tend to come to around £110 including everything.. WiFi and council tax etc.

A bit about me.. I’m 24 and I’ve been in London for nearly 2 years, I work for a HR/Tech consultancy. I love going out for nice food, brunch and drinks and I love exploring new places, I also enjoy a night in with a glass of wine and Netflix!
