Double In 2 Bed In New Cross - Couples Welcome

I am looking for a professional couple to rent the large double bedroom in my 2 bed flat. Fully furnished apartment.

I am barely in London - average 6-8 days a month and often work late in the office those days - so looking to share with a couple and split rent 3 ways! You get an awesome big apartment mostly to yourselves at a cheaper rent than a 1 bed and I get to save on rent!

Here's the math - FULL rent is £1780/m and bills around £320-350/m (incl. Wifi, water, gas/electric, tv licence, council tax). Deposit is £2053.84/a. So between three that is rent £594/mpp (£1187 total for the couple) + bills £117/mpp (£234 total for the couple) and deposit £685 pp (£1370 total for the couple).

Lived here for 4 years and sadly, my awesome housemate is being relocated to the Netherlands. We have 10 months of a 1 year lease remaining - room is available from 1 November but move in date can potentially be a few days before.

Love dogs so happy to consider applicants with one so long as they are well behaved and you clean up after them - no garden but there is a park nearby. Unfortunately I am allergic to cats so cannot accept an applicant with one.

Looking for:
- couple willing to split rent 3 ways
- professional on full-time permanent work contract (very important!! the management company who deals with the apartment is very strict, had three people turned down in the past already because they did not meet this criteria! - please do not contact me if you are a student, job seeker or agency worker!)
- social, easy going and clean

About me:
A 30-something British lawyer. I am very social but pretty laid back and like to keep things simple and harmonious. Too old for clubbing so mostly spend my time just chilling out, at the gym, eating out with a friend! I like to be friendly with my housemate - have the occasional dinner or watch tv together - but also respectful of other people's space. I am in London to be in the office but away a lot of the time.

- Right in the heart of New Cross (zone 2), close to Peckham and Deptford. In the midst of gentrification with major investment in Deptford high street (5 mins walk) recently with all new bars, cafes and restaurants in the arches.
- Goldsmiths university is visible from the bedroom windows.
- Many pubs, cafés, restaurants etc. near by.
- A number of parks (one 3 mins walk) and supermarkets are within a few minutes walking distance including a massive Sainsbury's 10-15 minutes walk away. Greenwich/Greenwich park is 20-25 mins walk
- Commando temple gym 5 mins walk, pure gym 15 mins walk

Transport:
- New Cross (overground, National Rail) 2 mins walk with frequent trains
- London Bridge by direct train in 5 mins, Cannon Street in 12 mins, Shoreditch by overground in 25 mins, journey to King's Cross 30-40 mins
- New Cross Gate (24 hours, overground, National rail) 7 mins walk
- Deptford bridge (DLR, national rail) 5 mins walk
