The apartment has a beautiful, light-filled, and spacious open-plan kitchen and living room. The bedroom up for rent is great too, with its own large private bathroom that's got both a bath and a shower. The balcony has amazing views of London.

Bills are not included in the rent, but they're actually quite reasonable since this is a new build apartment.

As for me, I'm a 37-year-old gay male teacher. Originally from Yorkshire, I've been living in London since 2012. I guess you could say I'm a typical, ageing millennial. I'm pretty social on the weekends, but weekdays are usually dominated by work.

I also have a house cat. She's great, and if you're a cat fan, you two will become best friends in no time. It is important you’re happy sharing the apartment with her.
