Single Room En-suite in Halls, New Cross

I have a lovely en-suite available in Chesterman House in New Cross. I am currently moving back home due to family troubles and my room will be available from then on up until the contract end in September 2020 (if you're postgrad) or June 2020 (if you're undergrad). Because of this, I am only looking for students to fill my place.

The room is really spacious with plenty of hidden storage, 30 seconds from the uni, has a nice view, and is in a secluded safe environment. The room has plenty of sockets and an Ethernet port.

You’d be sharing a huge kitchen (two fridge freezers, two ovens/ hobs), dining area and communal space with a few others, (all of which are lovely and massively respectful (this is not a party halls). The kitchen also includes a kettle, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board, hoover, mop and brush. A cleaner comes once a week to tidy the kitchen and hallway area. There is never a queue to cook things and people generally wash up right after eating.

Other features include onsite washers and dryers, bike storage, communal social space, courtyard garden/ smoking area (with very friendly cat), possessions insurance and 24/7 security staff.

New Cross is a great area for cafes and venues with lots of bus routes, New Cross Tube Station (2 mins walk away), New Cross Gate Tube Station (4 mins walk away) and Goldsmiths University (2 mins away round the corner).

All bills are included (electricity, water, gas etc).
