We have a large double in our New Cross flat available from the 12/13th January 2020!
It is part furnished. The current flatmate is leaving a desk, chair and wardrobe, the rest is going, so you’ll need to bring a bed with you and any other bits you need.
The flat is a calm, quiet, friendly place. We generally keep to ourselves but will have a chat over dinner in the kitchen.
We also have a new kitchen that was installed in August and a brand new washing machine!
Bills come to around £80/90 per month each - this covers broadband, electricity, gas, council tax and water.
The flat is located in the centre of New Cross - 4 minutes walk to New Cross station and 7 minutes walk to New Cross Gate.
There are also lots of buses going to Peckham/ Brockley / Central / East from here.
Loads of great pubs / food places in the area, a massive Sainsbury’s 10 minute walk, and a local Sainsbury’s and Costa right on the corner.
Located 2 mins from Goldsmiths.
