Located slap bang in between New Cross rail station (6min walk) and New Cross Gate rail station (4min walk). It's a absolute dream for the commuter that would like to be based in South East London. We're a very short bus journey from Peckham or further East to Greenwich. Super fast getting up North to Shoreditch and Highbury. Easy connections for the Jubilee/ Northern and Elizabeth lines
The flat is a clean and comfortable, fully functioning modern build, only 8 years old. We're on the 7th floor with a beautiful view of London from the kitchen/ living room and balcony. Lots of natural light and space.
The apartment is un-furnished, although the bed in the master bedroom will stay unless you would like it removed. The sofa and furniture in the living room can stay. If you need space for your own furniture this can be moved out.
Kitchen includes large fridge/freezer, oven/hob, dishwasher and washing machine as well as lots of storage.
The available room, which is the master bedroom, comes with it's own main bathroom, including bath and shower, heated towel rail and massive mirror.
You would share with one person, that's me. My name is Claire and I'm Scottish, chilled out, down to earth, respectful and clean. I work during the day in retail. I love plants, animals and relaxation.
The neighbors are lovely, there is a welcoming concierge team who respond quickly to your household needs and will collect your parcels for you!
Bills are usually £135 pp (with 3 tenants) each month. Including Council Tax, electric/gas, Wifi
