Room for rent in shared flat near Telegraph Hill

Hello! We have another large double room available in our Telegraph Hill garden flat form now onwards. Looking for someone who can move in by August or before! The flat is a 10 min walk from New Cross Gate, Brockley and Nunhead stations.

The room is a very large and quiet double, furnished with bed and cupboards and a fireplace! It has one big window and faces the garden. The flat itself has a spacious living/dining room - with double doors opening onto the garden - a separate kitchen, and nice, bright, bathroom with a tub. We also have secure locked storage for bikes.

Rent is £615 + bills, these fluctuate monthly but usually around £70 each. Plus a deposit of £615 . We will be signing a year long lease as soon as we find someone. We have a considerate private landlord so no agency stuff to deal with, but there is a referencing process at a small fee. Looking for someone considerate and friendly, who would like to be part of a household! While we do our own thing, we usually also chill together, share supplies and cook for each other.
