3 bed flat in New Cross Gate

My housemates and I are moving out of our flat on the 4th May and are in need of a trio to replace us.

The house-
the flat is on a really lovely quiet street with nice neighbors and in a great location for the overground and buses. Less than a 5 minute walk will take you to a large Sainsburys, local pubs and other shops. The flat is also close to Goldsmiths University. There are 3 bedrooms which are all furnished with a chest of drawers, bedside table, wardrobe each. It has a good sized living room and kitchen. and 2 bathrooms one with a bath and shower and the other with a shower. Large windows means lots of light and really nice during the summer. Deposit is 5 weeks and references are needed. a guarantor can be used. pet are allowed

Option 1 -
we are looking at renting each room out indivually. the rent would be £600 per month without bills. this would work for someone who is happy to live with anyone ( with in means) and someone who is looking to move soon.

Option 2-
we would like to rent the whole flat out as one to either a family, group of friends or even one person on their own.
