Room for rent in New Cross/Brockley

Hey, we are looking for someone to join us from August 6th

The flat is a 3 bed ex-council, and has a spacious kitchen and separate living room and balcony.

The room is large, and there is a kingsize bed with a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers also a desk.

We are Thomas, an analyst in the civil service and Marina, a graphic designer for a branding agency. We are friendly and outgoing and enjoy music, cycling, pottery, crafting, yoga, cooking, festivals, baking and travel. We are looking for someone easy going to join us in the flat.

We are a Queer and Neurodivergent flat and are looking for someone similar.

We both WFH 2-3 days per week and work from our rooms, the living room is kept as a space to relax, the room available is sufficiently large to WFH if needed.

The room is £810 and bills are approx £130 per month. We have a private landlord who is reasonable to deal with.

The flat is equal distance between New Cross and Brockley Overground stations for good transport options. There are also a range of good bus options nearby.
