Bright double bedroom in New Cross

Hi! I'm leaving my room in New Cross Road in a house located just a few minutes away from New Cross Gate station/Goldsmiths/big Sainsbury's, and looking for someone to take it over in the next couple of days/weeks and join the tenancy.

The room has all the essentials: a double-size bed, bedside table, two mirrored wardrobes, a chest of drawers, and a desk. It also has a big window (yey to plenty of natural light!) from which you can see a nice garden shared with neighbours.

A bit more about the house: there are three other lovely girls (mid-twenties) living there, two of them studying at Goldsmiths and the other one just finished her masters in Humanitarian Studies. Besides the great location of the house, another perk of living there is the huge living room, perfect for dinners with friends or simply to work/study during the day.

The rent is £645 a month and the bills are usually around £85. Let me know if you're interested :)
