You'll have your own private bathroom with bath and shower, a pretty spacious bedroom and some storage if you need it around the flat too. All bills are included as well.

About you - Looking for a very chilled flatmate to move in, it's not a party flat but more than happy for people to have friends over etc. Looking for someone sociable and I would really like someone to consider this their home even though I'm a live in landlord (I've had it the other way around so I know what it's like) Ideally I'm not looking for someone who works from home 5 days a week but someone who has a flexible home/office balance like myself. The kitchen is also fully kitted out despite my complete lack of skill there so if you like to cook then it has everything you need

About us - I’m (Ben) a creative based in old street and work in the office 4/5 days a week so for me this is a perfect spot to come back to and unwind. Outside of work I'm a really active person, love going to the gym and staying healthy.

My partner Martina is a fashion photographer who has just moved to London from Argentina.

Both with work and personally we spend a lot of time travelling so the flat will be empty now and again.
