Shops and cafés are just around the corner, with Sainsbury’s nearby and New Cross Gate Station only a 15-minute walk away. London Bridge is just 10 minutes direct by train, and the bus stop to Central London is a 2-minute walk — very convenient for getting around.

You’ll also have access to a locked private communal garden, a secure bike shed, and a private parking space.
