Small double room in bright ground floor flat

Our house of three working professionals is looking for a new housemate!

The room is “bedroom 4” on the floorplan pic. Note: larger solid wood wardrobe and wooden desk also just recently added.

It is a small double room for £750 plus bills (around £100 each) per month. It’s a rolling lodger contract so open to short or longterm lets, preferably not less than 3 months. House is sunny with a large living/dining room, modern kitchen (you get your own small cupboard for food and a shelf in the fridge - we share pots and pans etc so you don’t need to buy anything), small private patio garden with grape vines, shared bathroom and separate second toilet. There’s nice parks, cafes, pubs and independent shops nearby. It’s 10min walk to a large Lidl, New Cross Gate station and Queens Rd Peckham station and trains can get you into central London in 15min. Busses get you to Waterloo station or London Bridge in 35min.

In the house are David, Es and Natalie. Es and David are a couple and the home owners. David is a British photographer who enjoys computer games. Es is a kiwi journalist who also freelances in film and theatre. Natalie is also British, works for an immersive marketing agency and enjoys playing football. We all work full-time and can work from home a few days per week, so we keep pretty quiet during those hours, but we’re always keen for a chat or the odd board games night!
