New Cross/Peckham Flat Share

Spacious double bedroom in shared flat. Current flatmates are all students at goldsmiths. Flat is a 15 min walk to new cross, 20 min walk to peckham and less than 5 mins to Queens Road Peckham station. Bus stop right outside and shops nearby.

I am moving out and looking for someone to take my room, the room is available until August 2025. You do not need to stay for the remainder of the contract but you will need to find someone to take the room if you need to leave early.

Bills not included.
Wifi: £10
Water: £11
Gas and Electric: on a top-up meter but i've found bills to be very cheap.
No council tax.

Room is fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, dresser and desk. Shared kitchen with washing machine.
