Student Accommodation On Rent

This property is a student accommodation. I have been living here since 7 months and want to sub-let my contract to a responsible person regardless of any community or race. There are 19 flats in this accommodation with people coming from different countries. Each flat has 5 ensuite rooms and the offered room is in flat-4. The room is is quite good in size compared to other accommodations. The room has its washroom attached and only the kitchen is shared by 4 other flat-mates. All bills and council taxes are included in the price. The room is neat and well-maintained. The room offered is in a flat where there are 2 British girls, 1 Indian girl and 1 Chinese girl. The accommodation has a great commute all over london with 2 over-ground stations at a walking distance of 4-5 mins. Their are buses all time towards central london and lewisham. I am looking for a person who is co-operative and friendly in nature to make good relations in the accommodation and particularly in the flat.
