Dean House Student Accomodation

Hi there,

I will be moving out with my partner. Therefore, I'm looking to replace my contract with some other student.

My contract ends in July, so the minimum length of stay is three months. However, you can extend it to another year if you wish to do so.

The room has sunlight at all hours of the day, a double-sized bed, a massive table, and extra storage under the bed. It is the cheapest and the biggest room in the whole accommodation.

2 min walk distance New Cross train station.

3 min walk distance New Cross Gate train station.

1 min walk to Goldsmiths University of London.

Plenty of parking spaces.

Backyard; common space for smoking, socialising.

Fully furnished kitchen and room.

No deposit or reference is needed, but the tenant needs to pay the three months' rent in advance to do the office of the accommodation.

Helpful, quick stuff for any kind of inquiries, including electricity or water, and high security.
