You’ll be living with two gorgeous down to Earth Irish girls in a really relaxed, hippy vibe house.

I have to downsize as I’ll be leaving London soon but this is such a rare room, overlooking the old Venue. It’s the best room in the house and ideal for someone that wants a high standard of room for themselves.

Words can’t describe how handy this place is. You’re underneath a shop that’s open until 4am and directly inbetween New Cross and New Cross Gate station. There is literally any shop you’ll ever need a walk away - fruit/veg, grocers/all cafes and every transport route.

It really is so idyllic xx

Bills aren’t included and average about £100 in total a month. You’ve got an amazing waste service on the road so things get collected nearly every day.
