Small and cheap room in NewCross with lovely girls

Hi,

I am looking for someone to take over my contract. Move in is around 17th July. Can be slightly flexible. And the contract ends 23rd August 2025.

It is a four bedroom flat in New cross with really good train/bus links. Only 10 minutes walk to New Cross, New Cross Gate and Brockley. And a bus stop right outside.

You'll be living with three girls, all 24.

Aminah is super friendly, works in PR, loves rum and playing chess.

Amy works in graphic design, she works from home 5 days a week so is always there to keep you company and listen to your woes (speaking from experience).

Fran is a busy girl, and this past year she has been studying and working full time. But next year she will have more free time as she joins the 9-5 life.

This means that there might be days where Amy, Fran and Aminah are all working from home at the same time, but we've had no problems with this this past year.

Aminah and Amy met at uni and Amy and Fran are best friends from home so its a nice blend.

We all like to hang out on the weekends, going to the pub and on nights out together. And throughout the week we are a bit more tame, but like to watch films and tv together, and have a chat.

We aren't really a party house and mostly keep our flat to just pres - so no crazy flat parties and afters every weekend (if that's your thing you might not be best fit ).

I'm moving out to move home for a little bit and then eventually move a bit closer to uni but I will miss the flat because we've made it a proper little home.

The flat itself is really lovely and we have a really big living space.
However, the room is quite small, which is reflected in the price so might not be the best for someone working from home, as there is no desk. The living room has a table though so you could do work there. But not suitable for someone we needs to take calls throughout the day. We also have a really nice balcony which gets a lot of sun.

We are looking for a girl, in her 20s who is friendly and wants to become apart of the flat and a friend. We want someone really respectful of personal space, we have such a nice living room though so its a great place for us to all hang out.
