This cosy room is in a shared flat located in a peaceful residential area and comes with safe off-street parking. 3rd (top) floor of the building, every window in the flat offers a lovely view of greenery, and you're just a short stroll away from a park with a view of the city skyline.

Your room is northeast facing with plenty of sunlight in the morning. Furnished with a double bed, a 2 meters wardrobe and carpeted floor.

You'll be sharing with me, a friendly female in her mid-30s working in the arts. I speak English, 中文 und Deutsch, I cook a lot and often work from home. The mood in the flat is calm but I am always up for a drink in music bar/ cafe after work :)
