Quiet Room in a Shared Flat

This cosy room is in a shared flat located in a peaceful residential area and comes with safe off-street parking. 3rd (top) floor of the building, every window in the flat offers a lovely view of greenery, and you're just a short stroll away from a park with a view of the city skyline.

Your room is northeast facing with plenty of sunlight in the morning. Big storage space with 2 meters wardrobe and carpeted floor.

You'll be sharing with me, a friendly female in her mid-30s working in the arts. I cook a lot and often work from home but also travel abroad for work quite a bit (away for 3 months in the first half of 2024) so you'll have plenty of quiet moments to yourself. The monthly bill is 145 per person. Please note that the room is ideal for a single occupant and no pet please.
