Lovely house 2 rooms free in New Cross Deptford

Two big double rooms available in our house from September for a year minimum. Our great flatmate Ila is leaving because she bought a flat, and our great flatmate Niamh is moving in with her boyfriend!

The rooms:

The first double room is bright with big windows and is large enough to easily fit a double bed, a desk, big chest of drawers, an armchair, etc. It comes furnished with a bed frame, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. £780 + bills

The second double room is a very large and private loft-style room. It's located at the top of the house with its own set of stairs and an ensuite bathroom (toilet and sink). It has skylights and beautiful brick walls. It comes furnished with a bed frame, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and bedside table. £880 + bills

Bills come to about £100 each month, including council tax.
Landlord is happy to remove some furniture if you wish to bring your own.

The house:

The house is in a quiet and cute estate facing Fordham Park. We are 7 min walk from both New Cross Gate and New Cross station, and very easy access to Goldsmiths University, New Cross Road with all the shops and pubs. We are 15 min walk from Deptford with the market, restaurants, and high street. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a garden.

Us:

We are a household of 4 flatmates (1 of the room is shared by a couple, so 2 of us + 2 new housemates). The four of us have lived in the house for 3 years and really enjoyed it. We, Mehdi and Anouk, are from Montreal Canada. We love to cook, eat and hike. Mehdi is a data scientist at Imperial University and Anouk is a visual artist. We are friendly household who like to do things together, but also respect everyone’s space. We cook for each other and share a meal maybe once a week.
