Very comfortable and well furnished room and house, including garden and modern kitchen and large living/dining room.
House is opposite green space and is 5 min walk to New Cross station. 2 bed house, sharing with 29 year old female and cat (shared bathroom). She works Monday-Friday.
Looking for someone friendly, tidy and working regular hours. Females preferred. Not a party house but like to host occasional dinners and drinks on the weekend.
All bills and internet included.
