Double Room Available in New Cross Home

My housemates, Zoë, Izzy, and I are looking to fill 2 double rooms available in our perfectly located 4-bed house in New Cross, starting 26th August. We’ve decided to renew our tenancy, and our other housemates are going backpacking so we need to fill their rooms 🫶🏻

The tenancy is 12 months with the option to renew and rent is £840 a month, excluding bills.

Zoë is 24 and works in Marketing in the City. Izzy is 24 and works in publishing. I’m 29 and work in sales & events in central.

The house has a kitchen and living room, two bathrooms, a washing machine, and a garden with a BBQ which is great in summer☀️We also have a driveway, so if you drive there’s space for your car!!🚗

Both rooms are upstairs and come fully furnished with a bed, mattress, side table and wardrobes.

The house is really well located between New Cross Gate and New Cross stations (5 min walk), with great transport links (buses, trains, and overground - it’s only a 6 minute train to London Bridge) and lots of nice pubs, restaurants, bars, shops, and a park nearby. Greenwich is also only a 20 min walk away🍃

Must be a working full-time professional. Happy to rent out to 2 friends or as individual rooms!
