We are looking for a housemate to move into our house in New Cross from 15th September. This double room is furnished with a double bed (with storage underneath), a wardrobe and a desk. Rent is £825 pcm + bills approximately £100 pcm
The house is a 4-bedroom house situated close to New Cross Gate (5min walk) and New Cross (8min walk) overground stations, and Deptford rail station (10-15min walk), with excellent links to central London (just 6min to London Bridge and 11min to Cannon Street). The house is also within walking distance to Sainsbury’s (5min) and a gym (15min).
The house itself is very spacious, bright and clean with high ceilings. We have a shared living room space, kitchen and two bathrooms. We also have a small courtyard at the back where you can keep your bike if you have one.
