Hi! Alexandra (24, from Belgium) and myself (28, from UK) have buddied up on Spare room and have begun house hunting.
Looking for 3 others to create a student home, with pub trips and house dinners, etc!
We’ve found a gorgeous 5 bed 2 bath house in New Cross and are looking for 3 others to make an offer. Total rent is £4,250 per month. There are 2 large rooms and 3 smaller rooms so can distribute the rent accordingly - we have a rough idea of 2 rooms at £800, 1 room at £830, 1 room at £980 and the biggest room at £930 - open to discussion but we’ve tried to be as fair as possible!
Alexandra will be starting her masters at Goldmiths in Creative Psychology and I’ll be starting my masters at UAL in Creative Computing.
We’d like to have video calls with anyone interested today and tomorrow and we can give you details and more pics!
