Double bedroom in New Cross for girls

Hi everyone!
My sister (26) and I (27) are looking to find a housemate (25+) who wants to create a nice, easy and fun home together, not just people to share a space with in a 3-bedroom apartment in New Cross.
Rent is £850 per month, including all bills, with a one-month rent deposit. It is a furnished 3-bedroom flat that is currently being renovated (hence the lack of furniture and decor).
The room will be available around September 30th. All rooms are furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, and a desk, and are carpeted
We are Palestinian, fun, neat girls looking for a 3rd person to befriend. We respect personal space and boundaries. We're hoping to find housemates who are friendly and easy to live with – not just people to share a space with.
Cleanliness is really important to me, so if you're not up for cleaning up after yourself and sticking to a weekly cleaning routine, this probably won’t be the right fit.
The bathroom and kitchen are currently being refurbished, but I can send a video of the flat if you're interested, please keep in mind it will get fixed up before move in, and both my sister and I are very much looking forward to decorating it and making it home!
