Cosy En-suite in New Cross

I'm on a hunt for a new female flatmate as my current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend. The move in date is scheduled for around 10-15 of November.

I'm looking for a female flatmate who is a full-time professional and has a bunch of interesting hobbies (so I could learn about them! :) I want to find somebody who is easygoing, tidy, social to to maintain a calm and relaxed atmosphere.

🏡 Your future housemate (me)

My name is Greta and I work in digital marketing (typically work from home 2-3 days per week). I love climbing, cycling, running, yoga, travelling and going out with my friends.

🔎 Flat details

We have a big kitchen combined with living room space. The living room space will become unfurnished as my current flatmate owns the majority of the furniture, so we will need to get some new pieces to replace it. Besides the living room, the flat has a washing machine, and a little garden space. FYI, the internet in our apartment block is very spotty, which could be a deal breaker if you want to continuously work from home.

🛌 Your room

Your room is an en-suite with a direct access to the garden. After my flatmate moves out, it will become unfurnished as most of the furniture belongs to her. The only item that will stay is the bed frame.

💰 Bills

We pay bills for the Internet, electricity, water and council tax. Each month is comes down to around 200-250 pounds per person.
