Beautiful double in Victorian townhouse!

We have a cosy, spacious and bright double room available in our peaceful home in New Cross/ Deptford. Move in date is flexible but could be as early as October. I will respond to messages nearer to the viewings (next week) so please bear this in mind- I'm not being rude or ignoring you!

The rent is £850 + bills (roughly £130).

The house has a separate living room, laundry room, two bathrooms, kitchen with dining space and three further double bedrooms across three floors.

You’d be sharing with three wonderful females (26, 27 and 28) who work in the podcasting, trend forecasting and homeless charity sectors and the current tenancy is until late feb. We extended for a second year this February so there might be the option to do this again!

We are looking for someone tidy, friendly and sociable to replace me. We don’t have parties at the house but enjoy a wine or two together, a night out and walks/meals around London.

We’d prefer a female but open for the right person. Two of the current flatmates work from home but there is also room for this if you do too.

The room is a good size- certainly not cramped- and comes with built in wardrobes and lots of shelving. It could come furnished or unfurnished.
