Hey there! I’m looking for a friendly and considerate flatmate to share a spacious, two-bedroom, second-floor flat in New Cross. The whole place is 71 SqM (764 SqFt) and has a big open-plan living room and fitted kitchen. The living room gets loads of natural light, has a large dining table, comfortable sofa and smart tv making it a great space to relax. There is also a balcony looking out onto the street. The available room is a bright double, complete with a comfy bed, top-quality mattress, chest of drawers, and clothing rails. You’ll have your own bathroom with a bath/shower, which is super convenient. The flat is modern, with a brand-new fridge, dishwasher, oven, and a washing machine with a dryer. There’s also floor heating to keep things cozy in the winter, although we never had to turn it on last winter as the new-build flat is super well-insulated. There is also a large utility closet for extra storage of items.
The property is managed by UNCLE, and our Resident Managers live on-site, so if you ever need help (like receiving parcels or fixing something), they’re there for you.
We’ll be getting a biweekly cleaner for the communal areas to keep everything nice and tidy, and the cost is included in the rent. There’s also a stunning roof terrace for when you want a change of scenery, plus an onsite café with amazing coffee, matcha, and pastries—perfect for your morning pick-me-up! We have a nice green space right off the road where you can exercise or soak up some sunshine.
