Lovely room, great price, 3-4 months short-term

All bills included.
Communal cleaner every other week.
Chill housemates.
Good commute links, two close stations 10-15min walk.
Good room.
Lovely and responding landlord.

I am moving away from London for a few months due to work and so I want to sublet my lovely room for that period. The move-in date is negotiable, it's gonna be around the 16th of December plus/minus a few days, I am flexible.

The room is a decent size, great for the price in regards to the horrific London standards. It is exactly as you can see in the pictures. The office chair is mine but the other chair will be there to use. The posters would preferably stay but I can take them off if you'd insist.

All bills are included so no need to worry about that.
I won't ask for any deposit if you'll seem like a trustworthy person.

The kitchen is great with loads of space, the fridge is a standard one shelf for each person. The bathroom is fine, with a good shower and thanks to the communal cleaner every two weeks, very clean.

The only catch here is that it's only short-term, 3-4 months, depending on a few factors during the spring. But I am a very reasonable guy and should be flexible with the moving back dates so we can talk it through when the time comes. No hard deadlines.
